Memory Cafe - 3/15/19
Just a friendly reminder that Jefferson Outreach and UT Health are hosting a Memory Café tomorrow morning in our office building from 9-11am. Address: 2201 St. Cloud, San Antonio, TX 78228.
For those unfamiliar with the memory cafes here is a brief description:
A Memory Café is an inclusive space where people living with dementia and their family caregivers can relax, learn, be creative, and socialize with others. Join us for coffee, art, music, games, presentations, and more.
